Clear the Cache

Many people have asked why did I choose the name Clear Cache Elites as my business name. As a nurse, I have often thought how intricate and gloriously made we are. How each thought and interaction is one that requires input of information, computation, creation of the thought, and then finally the action/or reaction. This being said we are much like a computer and at times can be so saturated with things that impact one or more steps as mentioned previously. When this happens it changes the trajectory of the outcome.

Computer Analyst and those who are technologically inclined recognize that having an over inundated cache makes at risk for a virus on your computer. During this time of the COVID 19 crisis we as a community can recognize the impact of viruses and how it strangles our movement and ability for normalacy. Cache is an area of computer memory that is used for temporary storage per Collins dictionary. This temporary memory has it's unique function in that it can be more accessible that the main memory with faster recall times. However, it is important to note that as you visit webpages your browser reloads and download previous information. This confuses the ability to receive current and new data and relies on the old version with creation of junk files. To solve the issue we must "clear cache" to improve function and reliability. Ultimately this improves the processes, regains adequate storage, and promotes well utilization and health of your computer.

Our minds also require a clearing of previously visited and misappropriated data so we can operate in clarity. At times when we have veered off course it is because we are holding on to "data" we have accepted about ourselves from situations, people, and self doubt. Clearing the cache helps us to retrieve new and fresh data that is up to date. It allows us to improve our overall function and walk into a fresh and exciting future. It allows us to release things in our storage center that create confusion and denial of promise and promotion. Clearing the cache is essential in your growth because like anything else that is planted in good ground it takes mainatinace and effort to pull the weeds.

Take a moment this week to see what needs to be cleared in your life to make room for you to live life to the fullest. Make a list and see a clear visual about what may be prolonging your progress. Clear the cache and become the true elite you deserve to be.
